Avleen Organic Spa is dedicated to provide you with the most clean, quality and natural care possible, which is why we don’t use whirlpool foot baths. Your hands and feet are soaked in a Stainless steel sink so you can relax and enjoy the experience.

RESERVATIONS

We encourage you to make your appointments in advance to ensure your preferred booking time. If booking for multiple services or for more than 2 clients, you will be asked to provide a valid credit card number to ensure your appointment. No charges will be made to your credit card until your service is completed.

RETURNS ON PRODUCT – Retail products may be exchanged with an original receipt within 7 days, if unopened. We do not offer refunds on return merchandise, service credit can be consider.

CANCELLATIONS

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at 403-387-0003 at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations/rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will result in 50% of the cost of the booked treatment charged to your credit card. Clients with multiple services or more than 2 clients require 48 hours cancellation notice. This policy also applies to gift card holders.

SPA ARRIVAL

We recommend you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Sip some Detox tea as we prepare for your treatment.

CELL PHONES

For the respect of all spa guests’ tranquility, cell phones must be turned off or silenced in our treatment areas.

GROUP BOOKING Policy: If you are booking a large party, several services or packages, we require a credit card deposit for half the amount of the total value in advance. In the event that we do not receive a cancellation notice of 48 hours in advance of your appointment, 50% of the service price will be charged to accommodate our staff. Thank you for your consideration in this requirement.

Gift Certificate: Show appreciation, celebrate an important occasion or let a special friend, employee or loved one know you care by pampering them with a spa gift certificate. You choose the amount and it is our pleasure to provide this special gift to them. Gift certificates will soon be available for purchase online.
